In honor of today being:
The 3rd anniversary of my blog,
April Fool's Day,
and The Day After Easter,
... I'm going to throw out some recent photos and hope you can find a common thread. First photo, of course, is Bunners the Belated Easter Bunny. She's sorry she didn't make an appearance here yesterday, but I was too tired from our drive back from Sedona the night before to put together a blog post.
Here are some desert people (including me doing my Yoga-In-Public-Places poses).
Vortex power! |
St. Patrick's Day atop Airport Mesa at dusk. |
This guy needs this book -- at Blue Moon Cafe in Oak Creek. |
Double Rainbow in Sedona. |
Rabbit Ears formation in the distance, Sedona. |
Red Rock Crossing, Sedona. |
Chihuly glass at Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix. |
And finally, the very first photo from my blog, three years ago. The post is titled "Under Construction," which was the status of my fledgling blog. Thanks to all of you who have made this long, strange trip with me! Turn on your speakers and enjoy my all-time favorite song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pafY6sZt0FE
Have a colorful day

Vortex guy has an excellent robe! I'm glad you have kept up the blog for this long. It's probably my favorite, but I may be a little bit biased...
Sherrie, Congrats on three years. I haven't heard that song in a long time. Brought back some memories. Thanks.
happy anniversary and well done on reaching 3 years old.... woohoo..love your desert photos..
Good for you to keep blogging, it is a fascinating look at your life and adventures. Looking forward to many more years. Love, Del
Congrats on 3 years! And even though I haven't been following you that long, you're on my list of blogs to visit daily now! Love the pix, and glad I got to visit with you last month in person!
Definitely congrats....now you have me wondering how long I've been on ! Gotta go check!
My husband has a whole CD of bagpipe music. Yeah. Can't imagine hearing it in a canyon.
Oh, Sherrie, you and the late hubby no doubt would have gotten along well - this was one of his favorites too.
Love the yoga pose with the cactus in background. Will never be able to do that pose again without that image popping into my head. My teacher will wonder what in the world I'm smirking about.
