Visiting Caryl Bryer Fallert-Gentry's studio

Quilt world luminary Caryl Bryer Fallert-Gentry opened her home and studio this week for a group from our quilt guild and we got to bask in the light of her colorful, glowing quilts!

Caryl, who has a fantastic website at http://www.bryerpatch.com/, recently moved from Paducah, KY, to Pt. Townsend, WA, just up the road from Gig Harbor. She'll be lecturing next spring at our guild and we can hardly wait!

Thank you, Caryl, for your generous hospitality -- and for inspiring us with your organization as well as your art!

Have a colorful day

How lucky!!!! I took a class at IQA Houston years ago from Caryl and she was wonderful! To be able to see a lot of her quilts in person would be crazy!!! What a fun day!

What a wonderful opportunity. I've seen the pictures of her new home/studio set up like a gallery and I knew she was being quite generous in having people in to see it. Glad you were one of them.
